Returns

All our car seats come with 2 year manufacturer warranty.

if the product becomes faulty, alert us immediately, it will be sent to the manufacturer service centre to be repaired or replaced if needed.

We accept returns providing you request one within 14 days of your order, you will then have 7 days to return the product with all original packaging and tags in new condition . You will pay for and arrange the return yourself and the original cost of shipping  of roughly £15 will be taken off the refund you receive.
